Summer Camp Forms


Summer camp forms and information will be collected through CampDoc for the 2024 camp season. Parents and guardians should receive an “invitation” email from CampDoc in May. See details. Although physical exams are not required to attend camps, we will need a copy of immunization records or documentation of proof of medical or religious exemptions.

CAMP REFUND POLICY
  • At least 30 calendar days’ notice: A full refund will be issued with at least 30 calendar days advance notice, less a $25 processing fee and any non-recoverable expenses (pre-paid meals, lodging, tickets, etc.)
  • 14 to 29 calendar days’ notice: 50% refund with 14 to 29 calendar days advance notice, less a $25 processing fee and any non-recoverable expenses.
  • 13 calendar days or less notice: no refund within 13 calendar days of the start of the camp.
